Every letter that reaches your desk lives here — transfer offers, board matters, youth reports, requests from your manager, all waiting for you to read and answer. Letters that need a decision have real deadlines; let one lapse and the matter slips away for good.
Top row — filter chips: All / New / Must respond / Unread / Starred (plus mail involving clubs you follow), a search box, and «Mark all read» at the far right · Second row — by category: Team, Market, President/Club, Youth/Network · Left — letters grouped by day; an orange side bar means it needs an answer (an «Overdue» badge once the deadline passes), a gold bar marks the open letter, a bid carrying the «wants to go» chip means the player asked to leave with it; a 7-day «answered» tally sits at the bottom · Right — the full letter: the header says who sent it and who they are to us (our manager / one of our players / the bidding club / an agent / our staff), the body, attachments, an «if you approve / if you decline» box that spells out the consequences, and every reply button in the bottom bar · «Next unread» chains straight to the next letter
Reply buttons change with the letter — accept / decline / negotiate / open talks / approve budget; choose freely but answer before the clock runs out · a letter with the «wants to go» chip or a happiness warning has a real price for declining — read the «if you decline» box first · not ready to decide? star it and come back via the ★ chip · letters of a kind you never want to answer yourself can be handed to staff via a delegation policy
Pressing "open talks to buy" does not do the deal — it opens the negotiation table, and the letter stays live until the deal closes or expires · The approve-budget button uses the live price on the day you press it, which can differ from the figure printed in the letter body · The first letter opens automatically when you arrive, but it only counts as read once you click it yourself
