The team's warning-flag centre — injuries, bans, expiring contracts, unhappy players and discipline problems, sorted by urgency on a single page. Check it once a week and nothing slips through.
Left card «Needs attention now» — flags in 5 urgency tiers: red=hits the next match orange=about to happen gold=structure & money grey=morale & watch-list, each row with a total and a see button · Right column — «Squad by line» GK/DF/MF/FW with a warning when a line runs thin · «Squad vs league» per position (the ± is power lost by playing out of position) with a strengthen-first hint · «Form & Development» — who's hot, who's slipping and who's close to +1 · shortcuts to Training, Team discipline and the Loan report
Work down from the red flags — every row clicks through to the page that fixes it: the contracts flag lands on the contracts table already sorted, the injury flag on the medical room · An orange "only 2 left!" badge on a line is your signal to reinforce before it becomes a crisis — once it turns red with "only 1 left!" you are already in one
The number on a flag is the category total, not a name list — click through to see who's involved · The league comparison uses each club's best eleven in their preferred shape, not the sides they actually field each week
