The contract table — you and the player's agent settle wages, years, the signing fee, and the release clause. Take your time here: the agent counters as often as needed and never storms off.
Left — the player, his season and his current deal · Middle — the agent's words, the numbers his side opened with, and our finances · Right — the form we fill: weekly wage, years, signing fee and release clause · The ⚡ button fills in what the agent asked; 🏆 fills a sure-thing package · The bottom strip totals what the deal costs and what remains
A rejected first offer is fine — the agent names his new number and you close the gap over rounds · The lower the release clause, the more wage the agent concedes — traded against future risk · Squeezing the signing fee and compensating with wage rarely pays; the agent counts better than he lets on
A low release clause is a door left open for the big clubs — anyone paying that number forces the sale, no veto for us · Renewing one of our own takes effect the moment it's signed, hidden costs debited immediately — the account can go negative if you don't watch · If you reached this table from a transfer, walking out kills the whole deal; a plain renewal closes free
