The tactics room — see which plan your manager uses, how each formation has performed, and leave standing instructions without souring the relationship. Remember: you own the club, you don't coach it — picking the eleven each match is the manager's job.
Left side — the current plan card (a badge says who's picking the team right now) and the per-formation record: games, wins, points percentage · Right side — the manager card with his happiness meter and attitude to interference, then the three standing-instruction blocks: always starts / bring on late / rest next match — these are free and never count as meddling
Want a kid to get minutes? Put him in "bring on late" and the manager sends him on around the hour mark in almost every game he's fit for (too tired or injured = that one is skipped) · Someone looks exhausted? Order a rest for the next match without touching the lineup · The per-formation record tells you which shape genuinely works with this squad
"Always starts" and "Late-game sub" share one combined quota of 2 players — that's why both blocks show the same number; "rest" has its own separate 2 · You cannot pick the eleven from this page — the game only opens lineup control on a matchday
