The team's training centre — who's improving this week, who's flat, how much the training ground's level is helping, and the place to assign individual focus to the kids you want to push hardest.
Top tiles — technique-focus quota (used of 2) · players on light training · kids held by minutes (18–22-year-olds getting too few minutes for their age — growth slows) · training-ground level and its rough power ceiling (the whole squad grows to about there until we upgrade) · First-team and academy U21/U18 tables — tier, position, age, power, potential, «To +1» (how close his training progress is to the next step), the focus button and the light-training button · Summary row — average power, how many are scouted, how many are at their reported ceiling
Five training focuses — balanced / fitness / technique / tactics / sharpness — any player can have one, but «technique», the strongest growth push, is capped at 2 players club-wide — keep it for promising youngsters, the younger the faster they grow · veterans in a congested run can go on light training 14 days at a time — far less injury risk, slower growth meanwhile · kids counted on the ⏳ tile need minutes — loan them out or give them a «late-game sub» order on the Tactics page
Growth doesn't come from training alone — real match minutes matter more for kids; a well-trained boy who never plays grows slower than he should · The older the player the lower the ceiling; pouring focus into a 30-year-old returns almost nothing
