A loan request for our player — another club wants him on loan; accept, counter the terms or decline in one screen
Left — our player with this season's form/minutes and the asking club (league, level) · right — their terms: loan fee, wage share they pay, length, buy option (if any) · counter fields · Accept / Counter / Decline · money line: how much wage we save during the loan
A kid who needs minutes = accept, if they carry enough wage and the league level fits · never loan a starter mid-season · a cheap buy option risks losing him on the cheap — strip it or raise it before accepting
A market loan cannot be recalled before it ends (affiliate/B-team loans can) · while away he is still ours, but his games count for them · declining costs nothing, though new requests come slower
