Sacking or poaching? read the compensation on the deal card first — sacking mid-contract costs half the remainder, poaching costs the full clause · a rating below our best-XI average drags the team down (the manager is the 12th man) · a lower-division title is no proof he survives up top — read his points per game at a similar level
A manager's rating is always public, his potential is not · frequent meddling drains his happiness until he may walk · the career table starts from the game's first day — nothing before that
