• ABI = how good he is today (1–99, colour-coded)
• POT = his ceiling, revealed by deep scouting or regular minutes for kids
• ?? means unknown, not bad
• happiness (does he want to stay) and morale (current spirit) are different things
• fitness is energy, sharpness is match rhythm
